Even on “unlimited” plans, fair usage limits apply. Abnormally high or excessive usage may result in speed throttling, service adjustments, or the recommendation of a more suitable plan.

mobiiil reserves the right to monitor traffic and enforce this Policy. Violations may result in warnings, restrictions, temporary suspension, or permanent disconnection, along with possible legal action if necessary.
